COVID-19

To our valued Patients, please know that Optometrists on Colborne has been closely following the public health situation related to the Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic. The College of Optometrists of Ontario, in consultation with the Ontario Ministry of Health and the Ontario Association of Optometrists, is strongly recommending that effective immediately, all optometry clinics suspend all non-urgent patient care due to the Covid-19 pandemic until further notice.

In response to this directive from our College, all non-urgent appointments booked over the next few weeks will be rescheduled. Only urgent patient cases will be seen during limited hours in order to comply with this directive and maintain social distancing measures. Phone calls will be answered daily, Monday to Friday, and appointments will be triaged. After hours emergency contact can be made through a monitored email address at info@optometristsoncolborne.com.

Please refrain from coming into the clinic if you have a fever OR any respiratory symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, sore throat) OR if you have recently returned from travelling out of the country within the previous 14 days.

Please no walk-ins. All visits by appointment only at this time.
